My English is poor,and i want to exchange the situation,but what can i do? besides,how to use Skype, who can teach me?

you can get an online tutor, an online friend would be a best option for the job cause you can ask for lower rates with exchanges to his/her teachings. you can also use skype though, but if you're like me who often accesses the net through my phone, then an online tutor would be great. contact through YM or gmail and get no hassle with the webcams.. :)

i cann't describe it precisely.I have some pictures in my photos. painting on the glass with glue .

Download and install skype to your computer. Then sign-up a username and valid email. You can start conversing to other people. Just like yahoo messenger. Reading and watching can also help increase your vocabulary.
