lux in solo queue

does anyone have some experience with lux on soloq? im lvl 20 actually and i want to buy and learn some AP carry.. is lux worth it? or should I try brand.. malzahar or somethin?

Lux is decent, i carried myself out of ELO Hell with her during Season 1. However Brand and Malzahar are much better than her at the moment. lux isn't that great of an Ap carry, I would definitely go for brand
