How contented you are with your life now?

With my current status or situation at this very moment. I would say that I am contented with it, I Have my good job, lots of true friends, closed family relationship and have my special someone. Though my family is not that well-off or rich family. We are just living in an average life, my parents teach us of how we should be contented of what we have. Though we are striving for a better living, still we are very much happy as long as our family is complete and close with each other.

It is said that we should be contented with our life , But in my present situation i am not so contented with my life because i have to do a lot of things in my life, yet life has started to give me but it also take pause in between. This beautiful life has given me some people who are very special who mean a lot to me.

If it comes to family and love life,
yes I am very contented.
If it comes to friends, status,
and financial matters,
no I am not contented yet.
I don't have friends. I only have like 2 close friends.
Old friends forgot me.
I am underpaid in my job,
and I haven't reached my life goal yet.
So overall, I am not contented with my life
but I am happy to have some important
people with me in this life.

Right now, I'm still not contented with my life. I'm still hungry for success. I'll only be contented when I have all the things that I need so that means I'll never be contented. I'll reach for success no matter what the circumstances are in my life. I don't like my job but I'm enduring because I know it'll be a stepping stone for me to achieve that things I wanna achieve.

I am poor, I don't have true friends, hardly family and not a special someone. Still I am content with my life so far, even I don't have that great (well payed) job anymore. I would only feel less content (or unhappy) if my kids had a bad time at school and more and more bills would come in which I couldn't pay or my health would go worser as it already is (ups and downs if it comes to that).
i think feeling content, satisfied and happy has to to with a feeling inside you not with what you have or own. It also has to do with your character, how optimistic, positive you are, think. Happy to hear you feel contend with your life.
