well i since im a graduating student my weekday sleep hours is from averagely around 2am to 5am when weekends i sleep like a log 2am/3am to around 4pm

You should not abuse yourself. You shouldn't focus on one thing. You should also focus to your health. Fix your schedule, so that you won't sacrifice your health to your studies. Abusing your health will not help gaining good grades rather it might help you gain sickness.You should fix your schedule. ^_^
