It's hard to get up early? Maybe if you know up in the morning can make the body more slender, it will be easier. In fact it is, someone who got up early, her body more healthy, feeling happier and have a body mass index lower. That's according to research by a team of Roehampton University, UK. The study included 1086 adults. They were given questions about the level of happiness and anxiety, related to physical health, including eating and sleeping habits. From the survey results in mind there are two groups, namely 'the morning' and 'one night'. The group that includes the 'morning people' are those who on average get up at around 6:57, while the 'night people' tend to wait until 8:54 to start the day. On weekends, both groups enjoyed about an hour extra to sleep. For 'the morning' to sleep until around 7:47 and the 'night' get up at 10:09. "There are morning people and night people. The people who get up early tend to be healthier, happier, and have a body mass index lower," said Dr.. Joerg Huber, was quoted as saying by the Daily Mail. For those of you who included 'the night', according to Huber, also has its advantages. That is, do not experience problems when having to work late into the night. The survey also found that people who watch television in a long time are more likely to skip breakfast. This could be because they eat more snacks during the night, and not too hungry in the morning.

i am a "morning person". i usually sleep at almost 2am sometimes almost 3am especially if i am very busy posting articles on my blog. but even if i sleep late i still wake up at almost 6 in the morning even if its the weekend. i don't like to stay in bed later than 6am because it gives me a head ache.

yes.. i sleep for only up to 4 to 5 hrs only. its like my eyes just automatically opens when the sun comes up; when its already light i don't see any reason for me to stay any minute longer in bed for. but if it's raining and the weather is cold then i find it a bit hard to get out of bed. i stay in bed for probably an hour longer then i get up because by then i would be very hungry. this probably the reason why i am not fat at all. and i find it very hard to gain weight even at my age which is fifty.
