Using internet for taking print-out of hall ticket

CWE PO exam is now going on in India. 14 lakhs people have applied for this. Another CWE Clerks will be held in India in November 2011 in which 50 lakh people are expected to write.
I want to share a point with you all. It was 8.30 pm iST 17th September 2011. A candidate from Tirupati came online. I am now in usa. She told that she was not able to take a print out of her hall ticket. She was citing some reasons for her staying in Bangalore for not having taken printout earlier.
IBPS line was not opening properly. She tried from her house and then from a browsing centre. I was online at that time and I was having tension. Luckily she got it after 35 minutes or so--the site opened and print out came.
At the same time there was another candidate from Haryana trying for his friend.
Lesson: Please take print outs from websites as early as possible and not postpone till the last minute, because such sites which are required by lakhs of people may or may not function in the last few minutes before the exam.
What type of a person are you? Do you postpone such things till the last minute or get them done then and there?

I am the type of person that with time I knew I if I did not organize and pre-plan then I only had me to blame. I do try to organize and take actions way in advance as one does not know if something comes up to interfere with what we thought was a quick job.
This I have learned from the many disappointments I have had in the past, and although at times I do plan ahead of time, there are always bumps along the way.

HWG: For the last nearly 5 months I have been observing your style of working. You are prompt, fast and accurate. May be in your earlier years you might not have done things as swiftly as you are doing nowadays.
One thing is true - if we plan and attempt the disappointment may be only a small percentage as against not planning things then the disappointment percentage will be high.

Sir I am fanta thanks to share this discussion because my child fact this problem two time one time no net is connecting and second time they were telling no record is exist..but last moment hall ticket get for MS CIT exam..now she is doing polytechnic...

Professor Sir: Thanks for the response. People like you are methodical and take action early. Yes. that girl from tirupati she told she was in Bangalore and she postponed taking print out. result -- two/three hours of valuable time for preparation was lost. We can tell our students also about this in our time management sessions.
Yes. One girl from Jharkand - she was staying in Chennai for writing entrance exam - she missed the opportunity to enrol because she postponed entering details in the site till the last day and IIT site did not open properly on the last few days.

Very critical condition uncle but this is very big fault of website owner.. ohhh this is good on the last moment got the hall ticket please tell me about November 2011 exams for clerks because my sisters daughter will give this exam.. and guide how should she prepare for exam...

surekha: thanks for the response. Yes I will guide. Right now they should have applied for the examination - ask them to retain the fee receipt and other particulars carefully. many children do not keep these things properly.
