Me and my niece have planned on organizing a bakesale to raise money for India earthquake, I have never made one and I am very excited about it. I'd like to discuss with you some points. One is the name. My niece thought of the following: Sprinkle hill Brownie hill Cookie lane I want to name it something like "Bake for India" but she is very excited about naming it herself with something like that. Have you ever organized a bakesale? Tell me about your experiences!

First of all let me welcome you to myLot Timeout. I agree with stow about the name for your bake sale. Here in the United States you would have to have some kind of permit. Kids have had lemon aid stands shut down for not having a permit. Ridiculous because they wouldn't make enough to cover the permit fee. So be sure to check it all out so you don't lose any thing you make.

Thank you very much for the welcome, nice to meet you! It's a bummer you need a permit, it should be free if it's a fundraising bakesale, I have thought on calling any charity related to natural dissasters, so maybe they can support me with their name under it.
