Aldi is a baby of Indonesia who smokes two boxes of cigarrettes daily his mother says that she buys the cigarrettes because he begins to hits himself on the floor if she doesn't give him that. His grandpa says that there is no problem with the baby smoking because he is healthy, and gets sick when they ,don't give his cigarrettes. It was very shocking for me seeing a baby smoking, that news that I was said that in that country is legal for the buy cigaretes, I don't think it should be legal those are minors and the is supposed to protect the children not to encourage the children to smoke. What is your opinion about babies smoking?

In my country, it is illegal to buy things like this for people who are underage, so if this kind of thing were to happen in this country, the Mother should be arrested and put into prison for a very long time. His Mother should know better than to give her son things that will be causing him harm. I thought that the best thing about being a Mother was wanting to best for your children and being able to keep them safe from any harm. She is not doing what a Mother should do, and I think that she really should be ashamed of herself to be honest with you.

I agree with you she is good model to follow we can expect that from people of the street trying to make our kids get addicted but never from a mother. A mother is suppose to care the child, give a good example of life to the child, discipline the kids, wich means no giving them all what they want because they don't what is good and what is bad for them.

I remember hearing about this awhike ago. Not sure if it is the sane story or one very similar. It makes me absolutly disgusted. I understand that laws all over the world are different. In my opinion this is a form of abuse, we should not be exposing our children to this, and be trying to make it so they do not do this and when they are legal to chose for themselves.

Thats exactly it. My sons four and there is still things i do not allow him to do by himself even though he wants to because in my point of view i am structuring this child to be a good person in society with good morals.

I feel sorry fit the ignorance of the mother and Grandpa. If they want to save the life of the kid, they should take the kid to a doctor and see that the child is freed from the shackles of this dangerous habit at this stage.

where i live here in america if you did that you would be in jail. I belive rightfully so as well. It is her job as a parent to protect her child from danger smoking especially that young is a danger. Clearly if his tempertantrums are getting to her that bad she dose not know how to parent. I fell bad for Aldi so bad i am going to pray that his mother get the courage to not let him smoke.!!!
