Another Successful "EARLY" Sleep

sleep early - i hope that i can continue this so that it won't be much of a problem.

Hello Lotters, To be honest with you, am tired of sleeping late. One thing i realized about it was that it's really not healthy anymore. Not to mention, I tend to easily irritated for some reason. So, Last Night even though it was my time to mylot in the evening, i decided to take advantage of my yawning and try to sleep. . But i had to drink milk twice just to make sure and it did. this morning i had a good mood waking up. Though my Exercise was kinda late, i felt refreshed and not exactly drained. I didn't even feel stressed after exercising. I hope to continue this in future months ahead. Have a Nice day.

Well, good that you sleep early..for the good of your health..And i also even experience that if i sleep late, i feel something my body tired,no relaxations..But we learn and also try to do best to sleep good fr the good..thanks hpe you keep it up..

Hi,thank you for the concern and yes i did it now since i was sick and also my eyes need relax and not need to much n computer.. And also it helps for health to be good and healthy..thanks good day always take care...

I really tried to sleep, Arle. at least around 11 or 12. but when the postings in mylot gets even more interested, that's when i couldn't sleep anymore. this is happening to me for months now. I think the idea of being addicted is not good in the long run. It's late but never too late whhile am a bit young

Hello LK. I am glad to know that you had another successful early sleep and you feel so good after having enough sleep. I always sleep late on or around eleven thirty that I don't feel that I have slept enough during the night. I know it is not good to my health to always sleep so late, but I just want to stay on line for a few hours back home after a day's busy and hard work. I feel relaxed back home doing some reading on line. When winter comes, I usually sleep earlier than I do in summer and autumn. Take care and enjoy yourself.

Hello William. It wasn't easy from the start but i am doing my best to make sure that I do take my chance to sleep when ever i feel a bit more sleepy but i dont even feel that yet. I hope i can continue this until i have completely lost weight.

Hello Catch, yeah i agree with you. this is something i haven't done in a very very long time. i hope so bcause i keep having this good mood when ever i do wake up early and am proud of it though

Hey good that you're getting your early sleeps and waking up early in the morning. Mine was too good to be true. I am back to my same old same old bad habit. I found myself on the computer till 5am yesterday and it has pretty much messed up my time table hence once again.

Hello thatgirl, I think this time I will try to sleep early again. I hate going to sleep late again after what has happened the last time.I can heal when I am sick but definitely my laptop can't afford to get sick because there won't be a cure if something happens. have a nice day

I also had such problem especially when there were a lot of things bothering me. Sometimes, my eyes are already sleepy but my mind still keeps on thinking various thoughts. I also so annoyed at times but when I searched for sleeping problem solutions online, now, I can sleep easily. I just use a simple technique.. inhale and exhale.. breathing technique really works for me..

Hello imawriter, If you're sleepy just go to sleep, remember to brush your teeth though because sometimes i forgot that makes me wake up early. i will exhale and inhale too when am awake and sleep

Hello stephcjh, naps are no longer acceptable to I want a complete sleep like what i did last night. I want this to continue. besides, i can't loose weight this way, what's the point of exercise if i can't sleep early

I used to proud myself over sleeping late so that I could complete more tasks but as I grown older, I refrained from sleeping late as I find it was not productive in getting the work done. I guess my brain just refuse to function at late hours even though I was wide awake. I realised it is also important to have healthy diets that will help me get quality sleep. I need about 8 hours of sleep a day. I have stopped eating fast food, which can cause a lot of discharge to block my breathing passage way and I could not sleep well. It took me quite a while to cure myself of the food allergy. My efforts were paid off when I woke up feeling refreshed and alert. I can continue to do many things throughout the day.

Hello Naka75, I started sleeping late again when i got to know mylot and ever since i am like working in the call center. but i realized that I was wrong though i knew it before it's just hard to resist being addicted to mylot. I was able to sleep around eight hours. Have a nice day. have a nice sleep

Having enough and quality sleep is very very important for one's health. Actually, i find sleeping is the best medicine for lots of health problems. Those who often losing sleeping are bad tempered and may go into crazy. I think go to the bed early and get up early is a healthy life style, because morning air is very fresh, why do things at nights while waste your morning time in sleeping. There are lots of people around me who stay up very late, and often get up very late to make up for the night sleep in the morning, to go to office in time, they have to skip breakfast to save time, which is more harmful to one's health. Though they may have enough sleep at the weekend through staying in bed until the noon,but i do think what they have earned at nights is not worthy it at all.

Hello Aprilsong, I think had more sleep than i had ever before and this is great considering that i can be active with out the feeling of getting sleepy all the time. just like now i don't feel asleep simply because i can be much active than anything and feel refreshed too. Have a nice day.

I don't drink milk to help me sleep I often massage my self or ask my hubby to do it for me I will have a tight sleep and it helps me relaxation too It helps me a lot to wake in the morning with full energy

I usually sleep around 11PM or 12PM and that's normal for me. Last night I was able to sleep at 3AM and had to wake up at 7am for work but sadly I oversleep and was late for work. I think exercise late is not bad as long as you rest for while before going to sleep. It helps you relax and can sleep more soundly. I try to have a few pull ups myself an hour before I sleep.

hi, drinking of milk in the evening have really good effect to us especially in our sleeping time, its so nice to sleep. sometimes i cant sleep early in the evening so sometimes i just drink milk or listen to solemn and instrumental music.

hi there letran it's good you have slept early. that is really healthy than staying late at night. me i do not what happened to me last night but i slept around three in the morning and i was not doing anything then it was so hard to sleep i decided to open mylot but then i stopped myself cause that i think might make me busy then i won't sleep at all today. but because i slept late last night i woke up around 9 a.m today but i feel like my head is heavy. tonight i'm gonna try to sleep early. have a nice day too! :)

Hello shanemae, I hate sleeping at night and it's clearly not healthy to do so, i just don't understand as to why I didn't think about it before. though my head is a bit shaky now but i can still mylot and do some stuff. i am not sleeping or taking a nap hoping i get a chance to sleep. have a nice day.
