Creative Addiction Of Ashton Kutcher To The Lineup Of Two And A Half Men!

Well, they had to think of something to do with Charlie Harper, after Charlie Sheen went psycho on the producers, and they came up with a very creative way of killing him off, without actually having him present. I won't say more, nor will I say how Ashton Kutcher entered the story, but I will say it was creative, funny, and will be continued next week. Did anyone else see it?

Yes. I seen it too but I missed the part where Charlie leaves. Can you share with me how Charlie is exited? I think I know but missed the real part of it.

That part was never shown. Charlie just appeared one day on TV ranting, raving and insulting the management of the show and he got fired never to make any more segments of the show. Good Riddance he is an big headed egoist.!

I wasn't able to catch when they aired it but went online today and saw it offline. I was hysterically laughing and found that they did an excellent job in bringing Aston in the way they did. I think they really did a great job at killing Charlie off without needing to use him. I did not think the show would be good at all after Charlie being fired, but from the first part, I am really interested in seeing more.

Yes, I have seen this one, and it was quite interesting and will be watching part 2 even if it is later after it airs since I work Swing shift. But from what I can see if he continues to be like he was in the first episode he will be a Great fit. Just wonder after this show aired what his wife thinks of him, and will this affect their marriage?

I have been enjoying this season. But truth be told, it's not the same without Charlie. I didn't even start watching it till this summer, and I watch reruns pretty much every night they are on, if there is nothing else on that I watch. I hope that it lasts, but I'm not so sure it will last all that long. I do think they made a huge mistake getting rid of Charlie. Yes, he was a jerk, but he's an actor.. and he was a a huge part of the show. Ashton is good, but he just doesn't carry it like Charlie did. Maybe it's not politically correct to be all pro-Charlie, but I'm not gonna lie, it was funnier with him. Though, I do like Ashton, I have for a long time now, I just wish Charlie was still on the show.

Yes, of course....I have been waiting all summer for the premeier. I liked the show alot...although no one will be able to replace Charlie Sheen, Ashton Kutcher did a great job and he is so funny....and nice to look at(but shave the beard).

I didn't know there was a Roast to Charlie Sheen on The Comedy Channel, or I would have watched that too. Oh well, I suppose it will be airing again.

I thought they did a fine job writing Charlie out of the show. It was a fitting end I would say. The introduction of Ashton Kutcher to the show was very well done and it seems like he will fit right in with the story line. I don't usually watch it regularly but I think I will tune in next week to see what happens.

I missed the first 10 minutes but I have it on tape so will check it out, I did like the way they brought Ashton in and as much as I wasn't crazy about him coming on the show, I kind of like his character. He is not obnoxious and overbearing like he tends to be in real life IMO. Disappointed to see it was 'to be continued' but we'll just have to wait and see.

I saw the very end of it. I had actually intended to watch. I have never watched the show before, but I was so disgusted with Charlie Sheen's behavior that I wanted the show to do well with Ashton Kutcher. Did you like it just as well with Ashton as you did with Charlie Sheen? And did you happen to catch the hilarious new show after it - 2 Broke Girls?

I saw it too! I thought it was pretty funny. I hope that they can keep it funny. It isn't quite the same without Charlie but that doesn't mean it can't be good. I think Ashton did a good job and he has experience in a sitcom so that's good for him.

I have wondered how it did, because it has been going on for so long, 9 years - very few shows last this long, and to replace one of three main characters in an iconic role is difficult in most shows even ensemble cast which have a huge amount of characters to draw from, that I wondered if it would survive. I was surprised by Ashton Kutcher taking this role, the fact that he started on television and that he is a good comedian does imply that he should do well. It should be interesting seeing what he does with the role and where they take the show from here, because it will have to change.

I did not get to see it....I had company but from the sounds of it they handled it well! I was wondering how they would fill his shoes...he sure cut himself out of a great part!

No, I haven't seen any of the new shows yet. I didn't know they were even airing them yet. I see you live in Canada and so do I so I should have seen a new show too, but never. I was just talking to my daughter about it yesterday, that's why it was funny seeing your discussion this morning. We were just wondering when the new season was going to start as so many other shows are having their premierres this week. I don't know if I will like the show without Charlie Sheen in it. I don't think it will be the same. I may not be a big fan of the show anymore. I have all the other seasons on DVD, except season 5, can't find it in the stores anywhere so I may have to go online and find it. Cheers my friend and happy mylotting, Chris
