How would you loosen up yourself, daily stress and pressure

I just have enough these days, things won't go my way, and I felt a bit down, even though I am trying my best to cheer myself up. It seems not working. Day by day, my condition hasn't improved a bit, and new stresses stack up on old stresses. I just want to escape. From work, from family, from my expected love life. All added up together, enough to make myself explode in madness. Now, my best remedy that I reckon, should be something that loosen up myself. Not to think of anything else, and get myself into another space. Any good suggestion?

Look for someone to tell what you feel.We feel stressed and down because all the emotions are stuck inside.Release them.Sing your favorite song.Write what you feel.Go to your room and punch the pillow.Go outside, and play sports with someone who listens to you.I do those when I feel down and too stressed. But the best remedy for that is calling the most powerful being who can ease every problem.Pray to God.I hope it helps.

That is true too. I also stay busy in my daily life. That seems to keep my mind off of it for a while and helps me earn money to help some of my problems.

The good way is that you share your feeling in here so we can help you and gives you the advices, comfort and etc.. It is life that we can't escape from it,it to much bear problems, feeling can't solve it,but don't be alone,do not overload your self through that.. Think positives, i know sometimes it is hard to away with that difficulties, but you can overcome it... Just positive, look around,go peaceful place, enjoy some good things..

Stress can really put you down and there are times that you think it will not go away but it does. Usually when i am so stress i go to a bar where a stand up comedian performs. As they say laughter is the best medicine. So i allow myself to laugh and forget about those stresses that eating me up daily and just totally have fun even for a few hours to energize myself. There are times too that i go up north or south alone. I believe when you see yourself or situation from the outside you will be able to think on how to face and overcome your difficulties. :)

Have a break like a vacation.I did that and it did good to me. Getting burned out is counter productive so don't fall into the trapped of being stressed out. I know the feeling. I have been through. Maybe what you can do while still thinking what is the best thing to do is listen to relaxing music- music therapy, go to a spa where you can have your tensed muscles be relaxed. Perhaps a walk or a jog in the beach would also be good for you. These are just simple 'quick fix' for your condition though it's not a guarantee that you'll feel better after doing that but to many these things are very helpful. For me, listening to the sound of the flowing water makes me relax. You can try that also by just listening to a CD with that kind of sound.Going to gym is another one. There are many you can choose from. Just explore other possibilities. Cheer up. All pressures and problems in life will pass. Like the storm, it will just pass.

I like to try to find things that make me laugh either by doing something innocently silly or maybe just taking a break and watching a movie. Remember if you don't give yourself time to break then you won't be able to do the things you need to do sometimes.

i am in aviation course and its very difficult to b without stress. i just do 1 thing when i feel i am under stress or pressure. i just close my eyes for sum time and just deep breathe and then count from 1 to 10 and reverse till i am fresh again. thius is very useful technique that even u can apply and see the magical result.

I would just take some time for yourself and go do something you like to do. A walk in the park is FREE. It won't cost you anything. It would get you out of the house and give you some time to think.

I know it can be very difficult dealing with stress. People who have a lot of stress every day have to really be careful with how they handle it. You have to try and explore different ways to deal with the stress. First you have to think about what exactly is giving you the stress. If it's a job that is stressing you then maybe it's time to start thinking about working somewhere else, especially if you have constant stress from it every day. No job is worth putting your heart at risk. If your stress is from family issues or other personal issues then you have to find a way to try to deal with the issues calmly and rationally. Sometimes it can be a good idea to find yourself a good person to talk to like a close friend, relative or even a psychologist. A psychologist can help you determine what causes your stresses and how to handle them better and give you guidance with your life. Also while you are at home you need to practice ways to relax your self and make time for just you. Find some funny shows on television to relieve your tension. Read a really good book or magazine. Another idea is to do a crossword puzzle or even get a jigsaw puzzle out and set it up on a table so that you can work on it whenever you need to give your mind a rest from your worries. Lastly, I would buy yourself a good neck and back massager. There are many different brands you can find on the internet to relax your body. Hope some of these ideas help you. Hang in there. You are not alone.
