Yes i know and heard a lot of ways how you get good healths.. Drinking water is also helps you to removes those toxic in your body,eating foods that is healthy ,nutritious vitamins and so forth.. And also give exercise to your body is also helps you to loose weight ,and others.. but you gives good tips..
