I was in a dilemma phase here, since I heard news about the Android tablet only for $199 this Christmas shopping. But I also want the Ipad 2, that might be more expensive according to my budget. $500 without any discount though. I just wondering, which one would you opt for, would they work the same function, or Ipad provide more functionality, and Android tablet just not much interactive as Ipad 2? Also, Lenovo and Amazon has their own tablets for the market this Christmas, their price just around $150 to $199, what is your pick?

There's so much hype about the Amazon Kindle tablet. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7" and I mainly use it as my secondary phone and so that I can read up my RSS subscription wherever there is public wifi. Having a tablet PC sure helps if you want to be always online. But don't expect too much on what current tablets can do. I'll be waiting till Windows 8 is released, then maybe I will purchase a full-featured tablet PC.

I would love to have something like this for myself but I do not know a whole lot about them to choose the right one.

I think you have to consider what you want to do on it. I have in ipod so I'd rather get the ipad 2 because then I can put my itunes music on it. I would check the comparison websites. Compare the features of the two and look at product reviews before you make your decision. Sometimes going with the more expensive one is a waste of money, but sometimes it's better to spend the extra money for better quality.

That seems to be a pretty good buy but I really don't know much about them.
