I am enjoying here with lots of funny name and some time feel happy but laughing. I have seen lots of mylotters called to each other with funny name like siliguri called fanta as cold drink, fanta is calling to HWG friend cute dancing girl, for life friend sweeti, she called dpk friend as laddu and she is calling me as talkative women I not feel bad.
I am also calling akp friend as magnifier, Vidhya my big bro as Rajnikant, dpk called fanta as profi so I think nobody feel bad to call such funny name because mylot is place to enjoy everyone and enjoying way may be different. Tell your experience you are also calling some of your friend with funny name or you will feel bad if someone calling you with funny name.
Now I am little bit busy in my furniture work and even all persons who are doing the furniture work in my house they also told me ohhhh bhabhi you are so funny and talkative. Because I told them bhaiya please my bedroom furniture and hall furniture should attractive means very well. They always demanded me tea, water etc.

Yes I enjoy being called funny names as it reminds me that they have friendly intentions when they call me by some of the names here.
Some members as you know call me HWG, some call me hardworking, and Fanta calls me sweet dancing girl. 
I like them all because they are all who I am. I am a very hardworking girl and I do love to dance. So I feel they all suite me.
When members call me HWG, I find it very cute too and have not felt bad about it.

My dear friend I am laughing and lots of hugs because whenever I read cute dancing girl word I feel how close you and fanta but I observed she called not by name or username she called to everyone with funny name like for dpk (laddu), for life(sweeti).I laugh everytime when read her discussion.
I am busy in my furniture work so not join mylot more time today they gone early so I opened my mylot. Carpenters was telling me total 1 month will spend for completing furniture work. But I miss you lot even I am offline. Mostly I call to everyone friend but for akp I called magnifier friend, and life(cute baby) and I laugh and enjoy with all funny name.. .

Yes my friend yesterday I was not join mylot because I was feel so tired and sleep early. Please give me PM when I saw it I feel you are infront of me and talking with me. But today I have time because worker gone in the evening and I started this discussion...but sometime I will be offline and not possible to join mylot because our Indian festival Diwali is coming..and cleaning work will start after furniture work.

Hello Surekha, these are very small things. But these small things have much importance. We call some one with funny if we have close relation with some one. It close our relations and please us. But we must careful in selecting funny name. It should not be hurt any one. In collage we friend were used funny names. For a fat girl, Baby Elephant. But we never called with this to that girl.

You are right sir when we are using funny name then should care of it not hurt to others and I never use such name which will hurt to others I use like sweeti, cute baby, smart friend, intelligent sir, smily friend, magnifier friend because these name is suitable on their profile pic..

There would be very few discussions which makes a mention of me in the body of the text itself. You have summed it up nicely. I think many lotters enjoy calling there friends by funny names. They are a kind of inventors, who invent new and funny names. My friends here call me by different names including my real name and I love it.
Hope your carpenters are getting the taste of your nature and they would happy to work in a funny atmosphere created by you ..... Lol!

Since the intention of calling funny names to fun only, we don’t want to feel bad. I think you may be in the top position to get so many funny names in mylot (lol). Usually I don’t use much funny names for friends and I think I first called you ‘as chattering box’ in your talkative discussion (because I am so sure that you won’t mind it).

I love to come here and enjoy you and all my other friends and feel ha ppy. there may be one hundred people here in gold crest but I still get lonely to talk with people that are not my age but young.,before coming here I was in our own apt and surrounded by people of all ages including children too. I miss that.so you are talkitive, good personality

I was called by many names when i was in school. I was a very shy person. Girls used to tease me calling 'mooga' which in Kannada meant dumb. I felt even more shy.But i never felt bad at any point

Haha I am fine with calling names anywhere, unless they are not so offensive I think people call each other with funny names or nick names because they are close and it shows the close relationship with the person. But by far I haven't been called anything by anyone

I don't have problems with the nicknames but of course I don't like negative nickname, my husband call me "baby" "cutie pie" "sweetie" "pumpkin" those are nice nickname.
Here in mylot I haven't receive any nickname from my lotter friend but I am sure that if I get one I will receive it happily. Of course not an insulting nickname.

I don't mind if my friend call me by funny name. That means we are close friends, so we dare to call each other with funny name. My bestfriend used to call me Worm because I'm so thin, while I call her Bhuta (giant) because she loves to eat a lot. But we never angry because we enjoy it.

i don't feel bad about it, especially if the one calling me with funny names are my close friends. i find it cute to be called with such names. although i have a friend before who would call me "payatot" it means thin, i used it as a challenge to gain some weight and when i did, he appreciate it and that i look good on it, and he stops calling me one. i think it is also on how someone would utter it, if it does not mean insult, there's nothing to get hurt with it i think.

Yes friend really our workers feel happy surrounding yesterday I was in my room then they told to my MIL where is bhabhi now today tea will get us or not. I laughed and told them hmmmm for tea you need bhabhi and why not doing work fast they all are laughing and told me okkkk prepare tea for us then we will start our working fast.

yes i guessed right then ,because when one person tries speaking a lot and talking other person will be there to listen and that one wil not get time to speakout as this person talks lot.Even this person talks what the other one want to speak.Some times this can give arise of some problems also.
