Why Facebook Keep on Changing Rules So Often.

Yeah! Facebook is fond of changing things around on people for just the hell of it sometimes and giving confusions to the members too. As of this writing, they are changing again about the Timeline thing. And then there is the Fan page thing that needs to be secured comes October in order to stay public. Gosh!
