I prefer eating a lot of spicy food. For example while having pizza, I use lot of chilly flakes and seasoning powder. Will it create any problems in the long run or is it ok ? How do you prefer your food ?

I love eating spicy food too and a lot of food we have here are spicy. Well I think not over eating is ok. I mean for everything. Minimal amount of spice is good I think but if i eat too much spicy food, the next day I have a nasty tummy ache but still I don't stop

I do that too. I love eating spicy food too. I don't know its long-term effects but I still eat spicy food always. In pizzas, I always use the hot sauce. In fries, I want it to dip in spicy tomato sauce.

I don't know if eating spicy foods harm health. When I visit to countries in the Southeast Asia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and so on, I eat spicy foods. Very tasty and even get addicted. Back home too, once in a while, I go to East Indian retaurants which serve spicy foods. I do of course try to stay away from extremely hot foods.

I don't think it will cause any long term problems, spicy food are actually good for the body and they help to raise your metabolism, the only way they could harm you is if you have acid reflux they could cause it to get worse. I like all my stuff really spicy too. I always add hot pepper to my food, and I also sprinkle pepper flakes on my pizza and on fried rice. I love my spices.
