are you happy when classes are being suspended ?

hi viney17, I have 2 answers: Yes and No.Why yes? It is because if classes are suspended, I can have some time to relax and break from my every day routine. I can have time to watch movies or hang outs with my friends. I can also process some papers in my job if there is no classes. I do not have to worry about the time because no students or teachers will be waiting for me. On the other hand, it is a no because if classes are suspended, that means that once we resume our classes, it means that we have to hurry on our lessons. Well, not all students are fast learners. Because of that, we have to make an extra effort for other students to learn what we are teaching.

When I was at school in free education then I was certainly more than happy when classes were suspended. However, now that I am a parent, it annoys me when they are suspended because it means that my children are missing out on classes which could prove to be vital in their education. Teachers always complain about the fact that they have to cover too much material in too little time during class, yet they are happy to suspend classes when they want to go on strike or have a day off for training or something like that.

Back when I was in high school, whenever it was snowing hard I'd turn the radio on first thing in the morning to listen if classes were cancelled. I'd be very happy if it was, and I'd just go back to sleep... I think they put those cancelled days into consideration in the curriculum. They allowed certain number of days in case of a really bad weather and they had to close the school.

yes I am happy whenever classes are suspended. I really like having more time off from school since school is getting a bit hectic nowadays. i am a college student and our classes seldom get suspended. Normally, kids from preschool to high school are the ones that have class suspension.
