nowadays, people seemed to be lazier than before and be less honest to their own body. An evident fact is that lots of people skipped breakfast for various reasons. some argue that time is so limited for making breakfast;others hold the idea that they are busy over their work. And even some people think that it is better to sleep more than breakfast. In a word, a considerable number of people have not realize the importance of breakfast. However, all of us should understand that skipping breakfast can cause many diseases such as calculus, obesity, stomachache and heart disorder. Do you usually skip breakfast and do you have a regular breakfast?

I always follow a routine so I have to have my breakfast every morning. If I don't I would feel really uncomfortable and of course hungry. Every morning before I go to school, I would always have a bowl of milk and cereal before I leave the house. It makes me concentrate better at school and I don't feel hungry compared to my friends who skip breakfast and I could hear their stomach grumbling during class which is quite embarrassing I reckon it's really unhealthy to skip breakfast because you're depreiving your stomach food and going without food at night when you're sleeping and not eating breakfast will just make it worse. So breakfast all the way!

i make it to eat breakfast in every possible way if i can..breakfast is the best meal anyone should have, its the time your body system have rest the night when you sleep and it's ready to accept the nutrients that may come when you eat a wholesome breakfast..the saying goes with it "take your breakfast as a king, your lunch as peasant and your dinner as a pauper..the first phrase is what i like most..i dont care about the second and the third...who will tell me to eat my lunch like a peasant or my dinner like a pauper...well i like eating food decently..

The only reason I skip my breakfast is if I have to do a blood test early in the morning. Otherwise, I always take one every morning, even if I have to stand up earlier. But, you're right. Many people don't give the importance even to the regular food it really has got. And years later, when the first simptomes of a new desease start, they recognize that they were wrong, when it's already too late.

For me breakfast is the most important meal. I can afford to eat little for lunch and dinner but not my heavy breakfast. I can't last until midday if i miss eating rice. I noticed that ii skip my breakfast, I have bouts of hypoglycemia where in I could hardly move because I don't have enough energy to do it. I am not diabetic but it is a terrible experience for me. It happened several times because i intentionally did not eat rice in the morning and before midday, I was already limp and could hardly move. From that time I promised not to miss breakfast anymore.

Of course the breakfast is important you shall not avoid it. It is one of the essential meals in a day. If you don't have the breakfast, you may feel faint since you are hungry. And I have heard that it will make you gain more weights if you skip the breakfast. I love China

Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day, and I will never understand why so many people don't feel as though they need to eat it. If you don't eat when you wake up in the morning, then you are much more likely to be hungry later on in the day and this means that you will reach for unhealthy snacks are and therefore more likely to be overweight than those who eat breakfast every day. You should try to eat something, even if it is just something as small as a piece of fruit or a yoghurt, and this will help to kick start your metabolism for the day.

Just today I was reading a small article which said one should eat his breakfast like a king, lunch like a commoner and dinner like a poor man.By this he wasn't denigrating the ordinary or poor folk but his intent was that a good breakfast prepares one for the hard work that one has to perform while at work.Similarly an average lunch will ensure one isn't drowsy at work.An early and light dinner is good for health and promotes good sleep which gives enough rest to the body after a hard day's work.Your discussion also lays emphasis on a heavy breakfast albeit it informs us that several diseases which shorten life span can be kept away with a good breakfast.I never skip breakfast, instead i have a moderate one.

I guess it just depends on the day. I'm still in school, so I have to wake up really early to eat breakfast. Most days I'll be late for class, so I can never get breakfast. Some days, however, I'll actually have the times, so I can grab something small at home or just wait until i get to school To buy some food.

hi conquer yes breakfast is really an important meal as it is to break your fast so you need some food for your stomach to digest best if its balanced with carbs and protein both. Now as for preventing calculus that's a branch of math, so doubt if that would apply.but obesity, and heart trouble and even diabetes can be triggered by skipping breakfast then stuffing with too much poor quality food.eat breakfast then get some aerobic exercise and you are set for awhile til you get off your job or college.Just balance all your meals with enough carbs and protein for good health.stress the fruits and veggies for lunch and dinner and try not to overeat too.overweight will in middle age lead to type two diabetes so later watch your weight and stay thin.

Breakfast - Fruits with bread
I used to skip breakfast but after learning how important breakfast is I started to give time for breakfast. For many years now, I've been eating good and healthy breakfast each day without a miss. I make it a point to always include fruits in my breakfast. I'd eat the fruits first and after some few minutes I'd take the other foods. This morning I had hot chocolate and wholewheat bread sandwich and some fruit slices as well.

As I am, I always keep a good habit of eating breakfast, no matter how busy, how want to sleep and get up late, the first thing I should have my breakfast, because the body can not cause unexpected illness, and also good for the stomach. A lot of friends and colleagues, they do not eat breakfast, this is not good.

Hi! I am a person that cannot skip breakfast. Breakfast for me is very important and a must before leaving the house. There are times when i have to leave for work very early, so i wake up very early too to prepare breakfast so i can eat before leaving. You see i have migraine and missing a meal triggers my migraine. There was one time i missed breakfast because i have to run to catch our shuttle service. So while we are working, i felt hungry but i have no food to eat, even water. What happened was i had migraine the whole day and night that i was not able to work comfortably. That is what i hate, so i told myself not to miss breakfast anymore. I can miss lunch or dinner but not breakfast.

Over the years, I have not been a "breakfast person", although I've tried to do better lately. I am also not a morning person, even though I have to get up and tackle every day. As a child, my parents were dedicated to giving us three square meals a day, and to this day they both eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner like clockwork. I simply don't get hungry until about 11:00 and I don't know if it's my metabolism or what. Lately, though, I am trying to at least have some yogurt in the morning and actually today have bought some cereal. I do believe that I would be brighter and more energetic if I were to eat at least a light breakfast every day.
