Breaking Benjamin on break?

Okay, I heard Breaking Benjamin was on break. Is this true? If it is, is it just temporary, or for good? This is one of my favorite bands, and I'd be really upset if they were done for good.
I'd have to say my favorite song of theirs is Diary of Jane :D

They are done for good. It disappoints me too. :( They are in court right now fighting for the name breaking benjamin. And my favorite song by them is I will not bow.
