Well for me is when i broke my left arm when i was around 4 to 6 years old. The PAIN ! it's like your bone is grinding at each other, just remembering it gave me goosebumps, im the guy that cant tolerate pain T_T i ended up in a cast for a year or two i dont clearly remember, but i remember the pain.
how about you? what is the worst experience that make you cringed just remembering it?

My worst pain experience is whenever my migraine attacked me. God! It's so painful I even feel sick all the time. I never want to experience one again but sometimes, it's just uncontrollable. Unbearable. :|
And when I get embarrassed, that's definitely a bad time for me. :)
