Could somebody tell me if I am in risk, or if it is a symptom of an illness. I know that here there are nurses and doctors . Could somebody orientate me please?

We would need to know if it is always that high, or were you feeling nervous! Do you have a fear of needles, for example?

Tell us your resting heart rate, for example, after sitting watching TV for half an hour. And are you short of breath?

Not right now, But sometimes when I am sitting or lay down I feel very tired without reason and short of breath. I think is maybe my weight because I have 30 punds over of the wieght that I,am suppose to have.

I definitely agree with petersum, go to a doctor. A high pulse rate can be caused by a lot of things, but feeling tired with no reason added to that can mean trouble. A doctor can tell you.
