mylot changes?

Its been a while since I have logged in here. I logged in just minutes ago and I noticed changes already. like when I first log in there are ads that pop up that try to get you to sign up for things. do you guys get that too? is this a way for mylot to make money? has anything else changed? I'm hoping I can still get around on here easily and not too much has changed. guess I'll have a look around and see. any tips to help me out would be greatly appreciated! :)
