i think anti virus are inbuilt in very android mobile and you need not worry about the virus. you can browse and download as many things you want. your phone might hang due to memory space, if you rectify it then you can go ahead.

No E71 has SYMBIAN OS. yeah, internet are having more viruses than ever. mine is an android phone, it has built in feature that it filters unknown input from internet but still i downloaded an antivirus, AVG. it's very efficient.

we have the same type of phone and i suggest you try this anti-virus for symbian phones like E71 that you have. mine is E61 and i am using NetQin Anti-Virus that you can search the internet for download.
