High Blood pressure, can you avoid these?

People now a days are not careful with their diet. they keep on eating junk foods and canned goods which contains High salt. Some of them used to eat fatty foods. aren't they aware that these things can lead them to hypertension? YOu are you aware?

Yes Hypertension can be avoided. Avoid fatty and salty foods. Also avoid overeating. There are a lot of health issues a person can have when overeating. Eat only what a normal people can take. Also don't forget the fruits and vegetables on your diet.

I agree with you . But let's not forget exercise too while eating the balance diet. Let's attain a healthy lifestyle. what about you? are you practicing healthy lifestyle?

Thank you. Yeah exercise is the best of all. Yeah I am practicing healthy lifestyle. I also do not smoke or drink.

Yes people know what can be the cause of their health. To some people they look @ in in different ways or some people look @ it in a negative way. There are alot of genes that run in families espeaically when it comes to HBP, it can be controlled by diet (eating right stay away from salt, drink alot of water & stay away from geasy food & last but not least junk food) Yes all these things can be avoided when it comes to you going to the dr. He knows whats best also wants you to live a healthy life. I'm aware of these. Living a healthy life is worth you living not damaging

Great tpisces! life is worth living thats why we have to take good care of ourselves. The first thing we have to do is to avoid vices and avoid foods that can cause hypertension. We should have then regular medical examination or check up. Now a days HPN as ive observe , its not only in genes or hereditary in nature but it is the way how we manage ourselves. So we should observe healthy lifestyle. Are you practicing healthy lifestyle?

Actually any things that can harm our health and body can avoid or prevent through our awareness and discipline. Because through our careless eating, un-wise eating habbit can cause to us such hypertention. Food selection is one important thing to us to aware and know.... if not can lead us to our grave.

improper diet and hyper tention are the major causes for the high blood pressure.people are very much interested in eating junk foods like pizza and high salty foods.they avoid vegetables in their diet which is really good for health.the another reason is becoming tensed for everything.proper diet and leading cool life are the best remedies to reduce the risk of high blood pressure which is the root cause for many disease.

yes i agree with you sanofer. eating foods high in sodium and those fatty ones are leading causes of HPN. If a person has HPN , he or she should discipline her/his self from diet to healthy lifestyle. Because what if you are following the diet but your not on healthy lifestyle? and with vices? you can't avoid HPN.

My mother has hypertension so I'm pretty aware of some of the common causes of this condition. Fortunately, I'm not that into junk foods now since I'm more conscious of my health today than before. :)

No there are no ways to avoid high blood pressure. It's proved (also by Atkins) that people who do eat a lot of fat don't have high blood pressure at all. I think it's partly in your dna and the rest is a combination of stress, unhealthy food (all kinds of), other diseases, etc. If high blood pressure would only caused by eating junk foods, canned goods and fatty food all these people should have high blood pressure and those who eat healthy shouldn't have that problem at all. I can tell you by now already this is not the case. I agree that the best food is the one you make yourself (every part of it) but this is not possible for most people and in western cultures it mostly means too that this is the most expensive kind of food.
