Ok this evening i reached my first 1000 neopoints.So i think i can rent 3 referrals now.The question is how much it will help me to reach my first payout ? What if i get 3 that will never click on ads ? I already have someone , he registered under me and never clicked on ads.I wonder why ? Can`t he see the we can make millions in there ?
I`ve seen there are people waiting to reach 30K points to upgrade their accounts.So what should i do ? Should i rent the 3 referrals or i should wait for another 3-4 years to upgrade my account for free ?

I usually get a net average of $0.5 for the 3 referrals that I rent using my Neopoints. I don't extend them. I just simply rent 3 new ones when I earn another 1000 points but I'm planning this time to try and see if I can reach the 30K mark for a free upgrade.

Never expect yourself for too much.
For me, I shall put in my effort to do whatever I can to reach my first payment.
If the rented referrals are not active, we can not do anything too.
In my past experience, I rented my referrals by deducting from my main balance and also by redeeming my neopoints, they were not active all of the while.
Those rented referrals were active in few days interval only.
Few of the neobux ex-members, inclusive myself were suspecting those rented referrals were not the real account or real persons.
As long as this site is paying instantly, you should keep working on it with your best effort.

Well i am a member for about 1 month and a half and that's my plan too reach 1000 neopoints rent 3 refferals cash out and get on with it :)

Renting 3 referrals will help you a little in your earning only.
However, it it better to have 3 rented referrals than nothing to boost your earning too.
If this is your first time you are renting referrals, this will be your good experience with Neobux too.

I just got 1000 neopoints myself but now I can't seem to transfer them to rent referrals that option has seemed to disappear unfortunately

Yes I am also nearing 2K neopoints at Neobux. First of all I was confused if I should reach to 30K and buy 1 year Golden or should I use those to rent referrals. But then I calculated, it will need many years to reach 30K. So I decided to use neopoints for renting. And I am waiting to reach the point to 2500, and I think within October I can reach there.
