Heavy Traffic..

I think it is up to the local government to solve the issue. And they will request the fund from the national government. We sometime has the same issue in Cebu. But traffic only happens on peak hours. So the best way for you to avoid traffic is to leave for work early. I am sure that the traffic problem is a universal issue. As long as people want to buy their own vehicle, traffic problems will always be there. Can u imagine if every individual has a car? Imagine if one person per car and they are queuing on the road. That would be a massive traffic problem. But if the government is really serious about solving the issue, they should build mass transport. And they should tell their citizens not to use their own car instead travel by public transport.
