The sky was really dark an hour ago (it still dark as of now) and I feared it will rain and I will be stranded again in our office. Worse, I feared it will rain while I'm on the road riding my scooter. So, I hurriedly went home to avoid any rain and it seemed luck was on my side today.
The minute I arrived at our home, it was the moment when it started raining. I really thank God for it. It's one of God's little blessings for me today.

Today one of my students' parents invited us teachers to have a nice dinner in a nice restaurant. They were so generous to us with their hospitality. I appreciate them for it. I came back to have my evening class after dinner. But they insisted on inviting us to sing in KTV. After my evening class, I went to KTV and joined them in singing happily. They made my day and I am very thankful for them for their hospitality and generosity. Take care.

Wow...a moment to reminisce a moment to savor. I know how good it feels to be showered by such good grace. They do take place so few and far between but, one experience of it is enough to last a lifetime. Yes, your day was made so good and so joyful. I believe it will redound to feeling good and better for all the years to come whenever you will recall this moment. Such occasions always bring a smile on one's face when it relives in one's memories taking at the offing.

Oh, I woke up from a good night sleep this morning. Everything went well and fine today, too. These are things that I am always thankful for. Blessings from the Lord that keeps on pouring for me day after day.
Plus all the bonuses of good health, renewed strength, a heart full of love, my happy children...most of us are taking these things for granted. Then when something goes wrong or somebody gets sick, it is the time that we remember that it is better if everything just went fine and well. 'Just like the way it was for the past few days...may we be experiencing the good days again' - we shall mutter to ourselves.
Have a good and blessed sleep tonight and a good and blessed new day tomorrow, secretbear.

Good for you. I was part of those who was surprised by the heavy downpour a while ago and was caught still commuting outside.
Anyway, I still arrived home just fine. As for me, I am thankful today that it is already a Friday. Which means tomorrow is a weekend and I can't wait to put out all those stress in work away. Thank God it's Friday! Also, I am thankful that I have now the time to do myLotting as I have been inactive a couple of days now. Now I know that I have all the time to spend for sleeping and not bother waking up early.
Anyway, I still arrived home just fine. As for me, I am thankful today that it is already a Friday. Which means tomorrow is a weekend and I can't wait to put out all those stress in work away. Glad that you were home safely and was not wet from the rain. It's actually raining so hard right now while I'm typing these words. I'm thankful that I and my husband are safe and warm at home and that my friends were back home to safely. They were here since last night to join my husband's birthday celebration. And most of all, I'm thankful because my family are all well and healthy and I couldn't ask for more.

My friend called me by phone today morning to meet in the town for a small get together. But there was a traffic block on the bridge so I couldn't go. Now my another friend called me telling the other friend is in a bar and wanted him by phone to adjust some money and reach there. I am thankful to God for the traffic block which seemed annoying then.

I forgot what i'm thankful for on this day, 2 weeks ago.. lol :D Maybe i was out for a run, under the rain?? hah :D I'm the complete opposite of u. I would rather it to rain when i'm out running as it makes me more motivated and also boost my energy to run harder So far i'm quite lucky in that aspect, it has been raining quite regularly for the past few days, but i'm not running.. lol

Hi secretbear, I am thankful for a lot of things today and everyday. That is my morning prayer, I thank God for waking me up, and allowing me to see this new day. I am thankful for God's promises, His provisions. I am thankful that I am free today, I have the rest of the day to do as I am pleased. I don't have a job but I am thankful that my bills has been paid for the month. I can go on and on. But you get the idea. Continue to have a blessed day.

Well, I still live at home - I'm eighteen - and today my father left the cage open. I woke up and I noticed it. I was really scared: the last time that happened, my hamster escaped. I looked into the cage and she was asleep. I was so thankful. I know that my hamster would never escape but she LOVES to explore. She escaped one time and I was so thankful that she returned the other day. Though it's really dangerous for her to be out her cage. My living room is not really hamster-proof at the moment. So THANK God that she was asleep.

I totally misunderstood your first sentence. I thought, since you're already eighteen, your father is allowing you to leave home and live on your own.
I remember when our rabbit escaped his cage. It happened twice. First time, Sam was found beyond the dried branches of a tree at the back of our home. Second time, we thought he would be there again but we could not find him there. Turned out, my nephew transferred him to another cage.
