I wish dogs have long lives

Our family is a dog lover. We treat them like them human too, talks to them like they are one of our family members. It's amazing how dogs understood what you tell them. But the saddest part is losing them. Especially when my dog(s) sleeps on my bed too.. between me and my mom =)
How I wish dogs are like human too, who can live a longer life. And still be there until we are old =)

I wish that was true as well. I've always been a dog person, and right now I have the best dog in the world. Everybody that meets him falls in love with him. He just turned 5 years old so he should still have many good years ahead of him. I wish that he would live almost as long as me lol. I can't say how difficult it will be for my family when he passes, but I don't think we have to worry about that any time soon.

How I really wish too.
I lost my dog aged 6 yrs old last 2 months ago.
We loved dogs a lot.
My kids loves dog and we have dogs at home, but sadly lost one

I am a pet lover too. We have 2 dogs in our house named Sparky and Kim. They serve as a security guard in our house one is placed in our backyard and the other in the front door. I love them so much and they have been with us for more than 5 years now. I would definitely cry a lot if i loose anyone of them. :) Dogs are really a man's bestfriend.

That's true, I wish all pets had longer lives. I had a pet Budgie who I adored but he passed away in such a short period of time. My friend's dog lived almost up to 16 human years and she passed away, My friend was very sad because my friend had her dog since she was born so pretty much her dog was as old as her during the time. I remember watching Marley and me and it was such a sad movie about a couple who adopted a Labrador as a pet and after so many years with the dog, it finally passed away. It's so sad when your best friends past away, if only they could live as long as you do.

Wow that's really long, our dogs lives are normally 6 years. the little one's seems to die too soon. and i hope this little pup we have now lives longer. the 2 doggies we have now are on their 5th year so wish for them to still stay healthy, although the other one seems to have a heatstroke months ago, luckily he is a tough one and did not succumb on the health problems he had before. he is better now and eating very well but isn't on his previous shape until now.
I've seen that movie too, it was really touching.. just like Hachiko, which stars Richard Gere. I bet you;ve seen that movie also. If not, try to watch it and your heart will surely break =) it's a true story of a dog in Japan named Hachiko, there was even a statue there built in remembrance of him.
