When someone charges me not enough for an item and I think they have cheated themselves I usually have them double check. Do you just take the money? glowin100

Actually I've recently gave them the change back. They gave me more than what I paid them. Which was messed up and I ended up showing them that they gave me much more than I should of gotten back.. And they didn't even act like it was a big deal.. Of course it was a kid working at mc d's but still... one mistake like that could cost them there job or a warning. Plus doesn't look good on the resume. I try to be honest all the time as much as possible. And with people giving money back i am always honest unless I don't catch it till it's to late to even do much bout it. :| that's why I like using my debt card than either way it'd be there fault not my own.

Same thing happened to me once..I guess they don't value honesty as much as we value it...

I double check. I ask..is that all? Are you sure? I also check my change and if they give me too much I tell them. Unfortunately some of the kids are awful at math..good thing the cash registers figure it out most of the time now... I have even gone back to a store when I realized they gave me too much. LOL one time the cashier was not happy about it ..lol I guess it made more paperwork for him and screwed up his balance...lol
