What shall I do with the money?

I am wondering if ever you will win the jackpot of the lottery, what will you do with the money? Will you save it or share it to others? Will you buy a mansion or travel around the world? Will you donate it to a charitable institution or divide it to your family members? Will you invest it to a business or buy lotto tickets again to double the money? In my case, if I will win the lottery, I will divide it into 4 - savings, donations, invest into business and divide it to my family members.

If ever I win more than a hundred millions, Id probably donate it to the US economy. To boost up the country and probably bring back the time when everybody has jobs, money and can afford to have a life. Not like now. Invest some to generate more money for my child's future just in case I spend the rest. Money for needy relatives and build subdivision with housing buildings for the deserving poor. The rest, in the bank for future use.

Yeah paying debts sure is one thing to spend the money for. Donation is good because it's also nice to share with others the blessings you've received. I think it's also good if you'll treat yourself a little with that money, even with just simple things.

I think you should pay your debt because it would be really unfair if you won't pay them. You are right that people will really ask for more once they know that you have lots of money, but you just can't run of from them. If you owe them, then you have to pay them.

if it is in crores then first will be the house should be bought,some investment in the bank as a fixed deposit,some investment on land,so that the land can be used in coming future.Some investment on the farming land where there can be agriculture ,some investment in the industries as we need things for ourselves.

Not everything on land,some part only.Some should be in the bank as we should get interst for our maintenance of day to day expenses.

If I win the lottery, I would be very happy and share this blessings to my family, friends and those who are less fortunate.
Twenty-five percent of it I will give to our church, 25% I will save as time deposit for business investment in the future, 25% of it I will give to my family, and another 25% I spend for travel and vacation with my family.
I know that money can be spent easily so I think it would be wise to be able to plan well whatever money that one has earned.
Winning a lottery is a blessing to a person so it would just be right for one to share this blessing to every one especially those who badly needed financial help.

There are 2 rules to win to lottery .First is to buy tickets and the second one is to keep buying more tickets and probably after you spend your last dollar you will ask yourself what is the 3rd rule.The 3rd rule is to stop dreaming and never play to lottery again.

If you have to study the numbers won in the past, it would be very hard. There have been so many numbers used and to have yourself track all of those would be impossible. I think that if you're really lucky, you'll win the lottery.

For me, I won't think too much until I really get that money myself. I definitely would use it to get a new house, starting my own business, and also whatever I like to do with it. There were so many projects on my mind, and they all need money too. So, I would definitely want to achieve my dream and my goal first. One more thing, I would pay off my debt first.

A great way to spend what you've won would be investing it in business and of course, paying off debts. Yeah it's also a good thing to save some of the money for future purposes.

Of course, if you will win in the lottery, you have to pay your debts. In the long run, people will surely know that you have a lot of money and they will be asking you for some. Some will surely borrow some money from you and if you won't let them borrow, you will develop enemies.

Have you tried winning already? It just really depends on the person as to what he/she would want to do with the money. He/she can invest a lot or put it in the bank for future purposes or donate some to charity.

you are clear as water dear. Indian scriptures advice like you say, divide earnings in to four- donate to nedy, give to parents, look after family and spend some on yourself.

Yeah that sure is right. It's good to divide your money. Give some to others because it's also nice to share your blessings. Give to parents as this can be your gratitude to them. Spending some on yourself is also needed. We treat ourselves once in a while.

For me, I will invest it to Stocks, Mutual funds, buy a property and establish a business. People tend to spend their money to useless things and back to poverty again when nothing is left on their winnings. It's always a good choice to save what you have and invest it again to make it grow.

Yeah you're right. Some just keep on buying useless things and as a result, they go back to being poor again. It's always good to invest money on a good business so it will still grow. Saving some to the bank is also for future purposes.

First, i seek a job, then i collected my salary, i bought for my other wants to buy, in my daily needs someone, i will put my savings in the bank, i use for my future. And i also give my parents some money from my earned. In case of unexpected happen, the time now it must be practical unearned money you make.

In my country, you would see homeless families wherever you set your eyes. I always pity those people. They are deprieved of the good life they deserve. However, because of poverty, they did not get the chance to study thus they would not be able to land a decent job. Maybe if I win in the lottery, I would give percentage of my money. I always picture myself helping in charities and marginalized people. But I do not know if I can do these things when I'm already holding the money. You know that some people become greedy whenever they have a lot of money. I hope God would not let my mind be poisoned by this greed.
So, part of my money would hopefully go to these marginalized families. A big percentage of my money would go to investments. I would definitely buy shares on blue chip companies. That would definitely give me a high return rate. Then I would build a house for my mom. She dreams to have a house near the sea so I would make that happen. I would quit my job and let my money do its work for me. And lastly, I would travel all around the world with my beloved girlfriend.

You are very right with that. People become greedy when they have lots of money. But I admire what you said that you will give it to those poor people. Putting up investments is a good way to increase your money more. Helping your family is also another good thing. Lastly, being able to use the money for yourself would only be right and one way of enjoying it is through travel. Thank you for responding.

One of the things that we should do after winning is to pay of all our debts. Donation is also a good thing. It gives us a warm feeling knowing that we are able to share with others who are less fortunate than us. Saving the money for future reasons is being practical. We shouldn't just spend it right there and then.

That's a good way to spend the money. We should treat ourselves and try to save some for the future. It's also wonderful to share our blessings with others who really needs it like the orphanage and old people.
