What happens when you sleep..

Whenever a person sleeps he/she didnt know where he/she is. Sleep is a kind of a magic to me. It come to you and then you forget everything even time!! what are your thoughts about sleep?

sleeping is incredible all your inner most desires are stored in your mind and you can dream of them subconciously, a dream is just a fiction of imagination. You can dream but never really remember the whole thing you dreamt off. Watch inception dude.

When we are dreaming we can also access The Realm of Spirit. So not every dream is a fantasy we have made up in our minds. Our Guides, we all have them, Angels and Loved ones who have 'gone before' can talk to us and guide us on our spiritual path here on the Earth plane.

sleeping is the body at rest, a state of being partially physically unconscious..a time to be recharge again from tiredness from being active and working..a time for our body to recuperate and repair every damage tissues and induce growth of cells..sleep is the body's response from overwhelming life's energy as guru's will tell you..sleep is the time where our soul, thought and inner self to have some kind of control while the physical body is at rest...and dreams being the result of our subconscious..

sleep to me is a roller coaster ride of dreams.. I always have them and they are very adventerous with all people I ahve met that day.. I love it as it is very colourful and energising :)

Sleep for me is a time for recovery and replenishment. It's like recharging a battery. After long hours of use, you have to have some juice. It's time to regain that energy. Sleep one of the most ingenious ways of the body's function.
