Which statement do you usually say? Me? More of the second than the first. When I do say the first , if it doesn't work on the second try I quit! Why? I thought it was that I Knew what I can do or not but these days it is more trying not to get frustrated. Some can get frustrated and then in a hour , they are back to normal. Me? The more frustrated I get , the more the suicidal thoughts resurface. So the more I say I could never do that, the better I am. How about you?

I think it depends on the circumstance that I am facing. If it's something that I truly put my heart on, and think that after all that I have done things would be well, then perhaps I would give up. However, if the circumstance calls for something that I know that no matter what I did - it just didn't work out because of other reasons which I have no control of, then perhaps I would try the second time or the third time around. Don't get me wrong, I am not the type of person who persists all the time, I am actually a natural borne quitter (so they say) but when my passion is at its height and I'm truly believing that things should be as they should be (basing on what I want) then I would do my best the first, second, third and so on. Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

I think it really depends on the situation that you're trying to do. If I am trying to achieve something in my work, then I tend to try over and over again until the point at which I can say that I have done the best that I possibly could have done under the specific circumstances. There are some things that I might like to do but would never have the guts to, such as bungee jumps or sky dives, but that's a little bit different as that's more like having the courage to do one thing rather than having to actualy work hard towards it.

Some of my friends were asking me today to go ice skating with them. There was a free-skate at an old rink near here. I think I could apply this discussion to my friends' invitation. I tried it once, I did not succeed. I tried it a second time, I still did not succeed. So, I will never do it again. And to think I love hockey! Maybe that's why I like it, because I know I could never do it.

I'm more of the first one if you don't success try again. Giving up never chafes things or makes things better it just delays it for another day. I go full on and if obdont make it I try again till I do and I'm more happy when I do then when I don't. Of I don't try then I'm not giving anything in my life my all then nothing means nothing to me. I have no reason to live or be me since life isn't worth tryin to get or make.

For me I did n't get anything at first attempt. I tried many times to get what I want. Sometimes even i keep all my efforts I didn't get. But it's better we try and try till we reach the goal. Getting frustration is very common to every one. But the person who overcome the frustration and reach the goal in life will remain great example to everyone one. If frustration taking over you we need to think in such a way, As a human being we need to give our best and leave it to god. Everything happens for the reason. The best is waiting for you. May be this is not the time to get the fruit of your hard work. If there is no hard work there is no fruit of it. So it's better we do our best and keep motivate our self.

I never had self confidence. I just knew what I can do and what I can not. I'm more hopeful these days but that's about it. I'm visible here , at work and at home.

No don't think like that. Hard work will not be wasted. The only thing we should have patience and trust. It's us who feels like doomed. First remove the thought of subside. Those who are coward they will think like that. Self confidence is the best thing to get away from all the negative stuff. If someone able to do something. Why can't we. We can do. That's how we have to think. Please be optimistic. The best is waiting for you. Self motivation gives you more strength than others preaching. Please please be positive. Keep hope. That's the best motivational thing which leads you to the success a bit earlier or later.

If it is diving. Yes. I would opt for the second and there would be so many feats that could fall in the 'diving' category but there are other activities which seem possible on the horizon and I would certainly go for them.

It depends upon how important something is to me. If it's really important, I will attempt to stick with it until I succeed -- if I think it's possible for me. If I know it's important but I'm not sure how to do it I will stall -- perhaps hoping a soluton will fall from the sky. That's where I am in my web site redesign now. I do not want to mess with a lot of mind-numbing code because technology is advancing faster than I can keep up with it. I want the software writers to slow down until I catch up. But they don't, and this updating hangs over me like a cloud. So I'm sticking my head in the sand and writing and pretending I can avoid this forever. If it's something I know how to do but see as a monstrous job, I will stall until the pressure is overwhelming and then work a few 18 hour days at it. That would be the stuff from the estates I have to throw, put, or give away so I can use my bedrooms again. If it's something I want to do immediately -- like write or edit a Squidoo lens or process an order and the site is down, I will not keep trying until I think there is a reasonable chance for success. To try, try, try again in such a case would definitely lead to frustration because things are beyond my control. I certainly would not kill myself over it -- especially since it would probably resolve itself in a hour or a day.

I get so frustrated that I think since I can't do this , I can't do Anything So why love. That is what I avoid by saying No , I can't.

I know a song that has lines like these...''Don't be afraid to err/Noting will happen if you won't try/Because time passes, you might be left behind if you won't dare try.'' I can say that the song is right.Noting will happen, and you will be left behind by others if you won't try so it is better to fail many times and succeed in the end than to never try.Think if all our scientists have an attitude of being afraid to try...If they are all like that we would have been still in the stone age. I prefer erring many times and succeeding at the end than never trying. When You never try that means you are already a loser absolutely.
