My Son's Prayer Made My Day Today...How about you?

This morning I received a call from my husband and I too was able to talk to my sons. I am having a bad cold and been coughing all through out our talk. Finally, my youngest son, Angelo asked me to be silent as he will pray for me. I stopped talking and listened to him as he asked God's intervention to heal me from my cough and to make me feel better. After he finished his prayer, he immediately asked me if I am okay...if i am feeling better? I answered YES! He was so happy and even told me that God really healed me. That was truly a lovely gesture from my son. That prayer from my son MADE MY RAINY DAY TODAY. How about you? Please share! Thanks and have a wonderful weekend!!!

Just had to come in to your discussion. Couldn't help dear. I am good. Lot of work in the hospital, working on freelance projects, writing in between - trying to come here more often. I miss you all.

It is really sweet that our children are really able to make our day through some of the really simple things that they do. My son just turned five last week and that means that I really can't say that I have a baby anymore, instead I have my own big boy. Well, yesterday he rode with his dad to the store and he said that all of a sudden Paul got really quiet. He asked him what he was doing, and he said, "I'm sitting here like a big boy." It really gave me a grin.

Hi Dornann, Nice to hear from you again. Same here, i always wish my little boy will remain a little boy. Time flies so fast and we will be waking up one day realizing that they are all grown up men. But i am sure they will still stay the way they are so sweet and caring and will always be our babies!

Hi ms francisco: That was so cute from your son. I love this part of childhood. When we are just so innocent and our feelings are more pure. I'd be glad if I have a son that prays in that way. It's really cute to find a situation like this. ALVARO

Hi Alvaro, Yes, the innocense made it even more special. The prayer was very spontaneous and truly coming from his heart. It feels good to get sick when you have a prayer warrior like him. So000 lovely! Thanks friend.

Thanks Kalav. It was really a surprise for me. I never expected him to do that although he's truly a sweet boy. Although we used to pray for them when he and his brother is sick that's why i did the same thing too. Now, i am missing them so much!
