Should I obey my Husband or decide Myself

My daughter and I agrees to enroll her to an activity center to enhance her singing skill but my husband disagrees..My daughter has been through piano lesson and acting lesson but find no interest in it after the recital.. should i continue enrolling her or just follow my husband..???

I think that if it is something that your daughter wants to do then you should be trying to encourage her as she might have a real talent for singing that you just don't know about yet. If she doesn't have an interest in it though, you shouldn't try to force it as that will just lead to her resenting you for trying to control her life. Money might be an issue, too. If you can afford her lessons without struggling, and she still has the time to balance all of the work that she has to do at school, then I really don't see the problem.

Thank you so much GemmaR, That was very well said.Actually money is not so much of a big issue,just that my daughter changes her mind as often a she change her clothes.Maybe because she is still young,only seven.And my husband knows that and he is presuming that after the recital my daughter will not continue ,like what she did in her piano and acting lesson..Thats why im having second thought also.
