help - my word document not showing me font list ?????!!

Today I got a document in mail. when I open to edit that one I am not able to see fonts in font list of my word document, I close and reopen document but didnot work. mylotters please help me to get my font list back in word, its working fine with excel and powerpoint...

hey have you installed printer recently? or added any text generic services on your computer? first you go to Control Panel and check printer list in printers. if you have generic text service as default printer. Alter your default printer. Fonts will be shown. if it's not the case, you may have corrupted file for that.. close your word document.. locate file in your C: drive and delete it.. start word again.. for more you can read from : [not a referral link] Good Luck..
