Does any body know from where the idea of THE AVENGERS came from, its the same source from where THE SPIDER MAN, HULK, THOR etc.. are come...A COMIC BOOK...and they make their make on their own...
But the question is, will it get to it's mark like others COMIC CHARACTERS perused it, or it will fall down, cause mixing superheroes like IRON MAN(SCIENCE MADE), SPIDER MAN(ACCIDENTAL SUPERHERO), THOR(MYTHOLOGICAL MAN) and CAT-WOMEN(SENSE OF BLACK MAGIC) is such a stupidity...
Does any other character is also there?????

Well Avengers is actually a comic that has been around for a very long time. The heroes in the movie will be Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Nick Fury, and maybe a few cameos. The huge appeal of and why it will be successful is just the aspect you point out. So many different attitudes and takes on how to be a hero clash and yet they can oveercome that for a very common goal. Iron Man is man made science. Thor, in marvel at least, is an advanced race with very advanced science which makes them seem like Gods. Captain America had a scientifically produced serum injected into him to produce his results. Nick Fury is a leader. Hawkeye is exactly that an incredible shot. Black Widow is a highly trained spy. Hulk is a scientific experiment gone wrong.
In essence they all are very similar they have very good connections and it is their attitudes that always make things worthwhile

The Avengers sounds like a great movie combining all of these heroes. Too bad it can't feature more heroes but with this combination of heroes it should bring an interesting storyline. Most chances that Loki will play a big part in the movie and of course some other villains. This movie is something I'm expecting.

Will LOKI be the main villian in this movie we'd be expected OR any other characters will be there to give these many superheroes a solid blast...
and Shaggy, do you think that these many cameos w0ill confuse the real script of the movie THE AVENGER...cause if there is so many superheroes then off-course it must have different supervillians too....And is there any character gonna lead on all the heroes...

I think Loki is the instigator for the movie not sure if he is the main villian. I believe they will be ultimately battling an alien race.
As far as confusing the script I don't think so I think it will help it in the long run. In general Captain America has been the leader but for the movie Im nto sure on that

Avengers is the upcoming movie based on the comic book named Avengers too. It contain varieties of marvel super heroes. As for the super heroes who will appear in the movie there are Iron-man, Captain America, Thor, and maybe Hulk. There no official news about spiderman though. Actually, I quite excited with this film with the line of super heroes in it. Hope it'll become a great film.

Yes I also discovered today that the news of spiderman with avengers is totally a false. It is confirmed that Hulk will be there in this movie and some other charterers are also there, there name is yet to be revealed....
hoping it'll be the biggest superhero movie of this century...

You got the theme friend.....If this movie wants to show down every else superhero movie that it is the one of it's own kind then just fighting scene or actions of this movie will not be enough..... A strong storyline will needed for this work and I think they would have it, cause without it no producer will take any chance/risk to produced such a heroic bannaza......
It seems quite clear that they have to do beyond our imaginations....

The Avengers is from Marvel Comics, and it's been around I think since mayb the 60's. The Avengers is one of the best comic ever. Anyways it's not stupidity to combine all the superheroes together, it's awesome. They are great heroes individually, but when they are combined into a team the whole thing just becomes so much more exciting.
Spiderman and Catwoman is not with The Avengers.

Maybe catwomen will be there and definetly spiderman is not a part of avengers, THANKS for summoning me up....
and brigning all these cameos in one script on the big screen is really a kind of heavy work and surely only time can say either it's stupidity or a big mistake, cause in this manner everybody's gonna see a hero within a group of superhero like logan(wolverine) in X men series though it's a movie for every mutants....

when bringing together a group of heroes there're bound to be one hero that will stand out a little bit more then the ret, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. No one can yet predict if the movie is gonna be a big hit or not, just knowing the fact that all heroes are gonna be on the big screen together is enough of a hype for any fan.
I highly doubt that Catwoman would be incorporated into The Avengers because she's a villain in Batman, and that would mean the Justice League. If anything she'll be one of the bad guy in Justice League not The Avengers.

The Avengers is a very popular comic book and not only will the comic fans go to the movie, but fans of the movies will come to the movie too. It's going to break box office records because it's pulling audiences from multiple movie franchises.

That's why I suspect that may be it won't break the box office, because it's full of comic characters. And watching separately a single superhero on a big screen can make you to love him, think like him, and wooes for him....but what if you are fan of hulk and iron man is helping hulk to rid out of villian???? It senses bad for hulk's fan, same with others... So this time I think for directors and producers of THE AVENGERS has a really really tough work to break all the previous superheroes cine records.....

I believe spiderman being an avenger was just a RECENT addition. He was not part of the original avengers which is who the movie will be based on.
The story of the avengers as a team and the individual heroes has been around for a very long time. The idea of grouping super heroes such as the avengers or even the justice league excites true comic book fans. It is that feeling, "oh my gosh, all of them at once!?". It is true that each hero has their individual fame and story line, but when grouped together, imagine the hype and idea back in the 60's. People probably went nuts.
It is not stupidity, each just has their individual feats, and the comic is basically stating that all of them are actually in the same universe or dimension, so shouldn't it be possible for them to meet or unite against a foe that cannot be stopped by them individually?

I discovered it that spiderman is not the part of avengers...but more others are there whose names are still to be revealed....And if there will be a super duper villian then this feeling of oh my gosh! will come cause then only they will show there powers altogether and this will a mesmerizing scene for the big screen....
Basically I'm waiting for the villian that can take a blast of all superheoes, he will be stunning and a thing to admire...what do you say...is it really...

To be honest I can’t see this movie doing as well as many expect. Yes those who love the Avenger comic will turn out to see it as will some who have got hooked on this current trend for comic book movies. But not only do I think the current trend for comic movies is coming to the end with audiences beginning to tire of yet another super hero movie but I can’t see the actual movie working very well for the simple reason their will be too many characters vying for screen time. It was the major criticism of Spider-Man 3 when it came out, too many characters and by nature The Avengers will be the same.
I could be wrong and I am sure fans of comic books will express their opinion on my opinion but cinema moves in cycles and the super hero/ comic book cycle is coming to its current end as it did at the start of the 90s.

I am looking forward seeing The Avengers in theaters. Although Captain America movie disappointed me a little I still think that The avengers will make it all good.
