nonsensical topic for a discussion

Do you ever wonder why some things are the way they are?even with scientific explanations you still refute facts and trying to come up with different scenarios and conclusions.The World is full of mysteries that a friend use as basis for his argument the existence of a higher being,responsible for the creation of all things in this world...I have always been one of those skeptics and in constant denials of such entity.So here are some questions I've had since childhood.....some had been answered and some still left me wondering.
How come the SUN don't burn itself?
Why the sea water is Salty?
Why the ocean don't spill over down unde?
How come the human heart don't get tired for soooooo long?
Wondering how and if sea creatures sleep,esp. sea mammals that needs to breathe like whales....I don't think they do 'coz they gonna drown.
Just some of the things that occupy my shallow mind...

I think it is great you come up with questions. Why not research them a little. Not everyone is going to interested in every question but if you want to discuss them I am sure some people will join in if you space them out. The sun for example is an interesting example. I think it some kind of nuclear engine that converts hydrogen to helium and is able to keep the process going somehow. It would be interesting asking that question. Not too much at a time though because it may be too much to take in, one swallow at a time for mylot friends.

I'm new and still learning the ins and outs of how this site works....but I'm making progress I guess...thanks for your insightful suggestion.
. Yes, we continue to learn I think if we want to. You can use this site in many different ways but the main thing I hope and for you is you enjoy your time while here. That is a big plus!

Isn't it the beauty of being here on mylot?to be able to post any topic (not really)you like..I couldn't care less if no one respond to any of it.thats just the way it is,HIT OR MISS....anyway thanks for your response.
