She Is the Greatest

Black Caviar - Best in the world
Australia
October 22, 2011 12:08am CST
Today I watched Australia's phenomenal race mare Black Caviar as she won her fifteenth straight win in 15 starts, and she beat a small field of good class performers by 8 lengths under s hard hold. Her stakes now are approaching $5 million, she is ranked the best sprinter and second best horse in the world by Timeform, and will indubitably take her brand of thoroughbred arrogance to the rest of the world next year, as other Australian horses have in recent years. I am a typical fan of horse racing: a champion reduces us to tears of wonder, and she did it for me again today, tears steaming down my face as she cantered away from them. Lash

I haven't watched this type of race live before. I remember my father watching horse racing before but it was on TV. I remember being bored then and just falling asleep as the race went on. I guess I'm better off watching car racing than horse racing.

Noisy mechanical speed fixation, bah! Horse racing, whether you gamble or not, is poetry in motion. Magnificent, noble animals with an inbuilt fierce desire to win and limitless courage, at least the really good ones. Lash

I see your passion for horse racing is big. We do belong from different types of generation.

She is a beautiful horse, poetry in motion. I have always loved horses and I love watching them run. Black Caviar is a queen of horses.
