i like cat too. and i hate people who always hurt cat. i don't know what happen to peple like this, but they should not hurt animal only cause hate to see it.

They should check the psychiatrist I think. LOL. We must love animals. We must not hurt them because just like us, they need also some affection.

Me too, I am extremely angry with our government here because they do not focus a lot in the protection of animals. Because of that, many animals here were treated badly.

Yes, we are very lucky because we are created as human beings. We have an advance thinking compared to animals. We should be considerate enough to those animals.

Agree, kaichoukebz, animals do have feelings and they should be cared for accordingly. Maybe someone should notify animal control about your neighbors kicking their cat.

please do - and let them know you are doing this. tell them it can seriously injure the cat - kicking the cat, hitting the cat.

That was truly horrible. As an animal lover like me, I hate to see my neighbor kicking their cat. The next time I will see them doing that nasty thing again, I will surely report them to the authority.

Well there are people who can't just love cats or even other pets for that matter. They consider these animals annoying and can't afford to have them at home. Well I for one am not a cat lover. I could take care of dogs but not cats. Nevertheless, I can't be free from cats because my neighbors do take care of cats but can't keep them well so these cats always sneak in my yard and when they have chance they also sneak into my kitchen and steal foods.

Same feelings with you buddy, we should not hurt any animals especially domestic ones like cats and dogs. If you really love and see people hurting them you can complain to the PETA organisation and they would care about the things going on..

That is too bad. Perhaps you could organize some folks to work for the cause?I don't know what the conditions are like there in order to allow a person or group to work for a cause. But, in order for it to happen, someone has to make an attempt to move forward in this case. I am sure, like here, there are people hungry, homeless, and so forth and it's hard to get people involved with animals when they see all the hurting people. But, it can be done. There are people out there who love animals more than people and those are the ones who really help. I wish all your people and animals well.

Here in the Philippines, the government really doesn't focus much on animal abuses. How sad for the animals. I felt bad and sorry for them.

Oh no! I love cats; I think they are my favourite animal. What other animal is so easy to befriend? It's quite hard to befriend a dog without owning them or knowing them well. The same goes for most other domestic animals. But a cat...well they will always be your friend, and come round and visit and stay with you, and just hang out. What a privilege. I agree; animals have feelings, and should be protected, not abused.

Yes , I agree there is simply no good reason to kick a cat . If they do something wrong , it is not like they understand our language . And as humans we need to learn now to manage our anger and deal with the issue instead of taking it out on animals and people . Our pets loves us unconditionally and we should not abuse that love .

It is very bad to treat animals badly. They too have pain and feelings, emotions and wishes and why should they be kicked at all? They are so tender and we should treat them as children.

It's a horrible crime to hurt a cat or any animal for that matter. I love cats so very much and anyone who hurts them really should be reported. One of the responders to your post suggested that you call animal control. I agree with that wholeheartedly. If you have a phone book handy or you could look up the number online for animal abuse, give them a call.
People need to pay a heavy price for hurting a defenseless, beautiful animal. Pets and animals were put here for our enjoyment and for us to care for not for idiots to abuse.

I was reading the comments and I dont think You get in trouble for it, people sometimes are more dangerous than animals , sorry to say that , but if you say your opinion to that person can get in trouble , just call any place that protect animals and tell them what is going on , this way , your neighbour wont know who called and the animal and you will be safe. ok.

Yes I agree with You , I cant stand somebody hurting an animal even is not a pet, still can feel pain. I dont understand why people accept to have a pet if they dont have patient to take care of them. I dont like to have birds because i rather see them flying free than in a cage, I dont have the space or the time to have a dog,so, i better dont have one. one month ago I got 2 turtles and my kids and I take good care of them, I dont let my kids hurt them, having a pet should make you more human.

yes animals like dogs, cats, rats everyone has feeling, and in biology human being is also a animal...being with any low minded person, basically uneducated or overeducated only think them as a thing of pasttime and make them pet or always take pet animals as a thing of making fun or evolving their anger...
So we must take care of them even I love cats and dogs and there any many kinds of pets whom I never liked either but never tried to hurt them even then if they try to scare me or hurt me, I know that they are not matured one just like a baby boy... without mind but full of feeling
