I'm sure he has a razor blade hidden somewhere.

I must remember you that he didn't have any pockets. Where could he hide the razor blade?

The jungle is so big, there must be some place where he keeps all his daily used things.

They can't be safe anywhere. Those monkeys are watching every movement he makes. And he wouldn't like Cheetah to cut her face, would he?

I'll tell you why if you tell me what was Tarzan's age when he was found in the jungle.

I don't think she had anything to pluck. He was probably barefaced.

Barefaced? Then he may not be human. Probably an amphibian.

Maybe he wants to look presentable to Jane and he got it shaved first.

In the books, the first time he saw a human he realized he wasn't the same as the apes he lived with. After he got his first knife, he figured out how to shave

He's native, maybe? I don't know, maybe he has a rare skin condition that doesn't allow him to grow facial hair?

I can't say for sure; but he may pluck his beard. I read once that this has actually been practised by men living in remote regions without access to razors. And it makes sense, as it's far from uncommon for such men to be beardless.
