Places I have lived

Well, over the yrs. I have lived in some interesting places as well as some that were actually quite nice. The problem was one of the nicer ones I moved out of to get married, but my husband was a better deal. But I have lived in some interesting ones. Lived in one that if not for the grace of God I would not be alive today as I lived in one place that was so easy to break into, someone broke in and stole almost everything of value in there, and broke the window etc. Which actually was a God send since my Utility bill was outrageous and even when I complained no one seemed to care that somehow someone had put an extension cord from my place to somewhere else so I was paying for way more power than I was using. The place actually was quite run down but cheap. Nowhere as bad as what you described. But I have lived somewhere where there was always a lot of Cockroaches and someone was constantly having to bomb to keep them out. And lived another place that the place actually looked better inside that what the outside looked like, and people could not believe it til they seen it themselves. Luckily I have no HORROR rental stories like you have told, but mine make me Glad we are now buying our home so it is up to us how we keep things for sure.

It sounds like things have really improved for you guys. I knew of a house that the girl was moving out of and with the last load taken out the porch literally fell off.
