Confused : I got new job offer

I really like my job even if it is a set up company. The company owner found out that the cause of power outage is caused by unbalance power use and this proble make all his employee headache and of course me who work for front office as well. I work here to train my preparedness from complain of our customer, we are hotel business base, so each morning I have to well aware if there will be complain from the guest and I have to prepare what I was gonna say to them lie or truth. I started to hate my job then.
Now, I received a new job offer from someone and the salary is nearly the same, but mentality problem from the new job is less than where I am worked now. I am confused if I have to quit and receive the offer or not ?

You can decide giving importance of advantage if any received from changing the job --Is the travel time reduced?Are there extra benefits in the new company? Is the working atmosphere less painful/stressful in the new company? Is there chances of getting promotions? Is any known person is working in the new company? If you get answer for two or three of these questions then you can shift. Otherwise continue with the accustomed one. In new place again you have to make a mark of your performance and sometimes it may take more number of days.

The new company is a restaurant, very busy restaurant while the company I am working now is villa.
I heard my boss will be building a spa, restaurant as well. I don't know if I will get promotion for a special position. I don't dream about it. All I want is peace and stabe income with less problem.
My new place wants me as a full time worker at his company. I will be worked as a cashier in my new place similar to what I was doing then. There will be no power outage but I cared what the problem is waiting in my new. I think no one can run from it or cease to it. I think every place has problem, new problem. What you think?

From what you have written I am getting a message you have a flair for moving to the new job. Also for women it is good to be in a place which has got more work and keeps busy.
Every place has got problems of its own. We have to face the problems ourselves with confidence. If you enjoy working as a cashier--dealing with real money -- requires more concentration as otherwise it may result in shortage-- then you can opt for the new one. have a nice day.

To be honest, I'm tired of working offline. I want to get money by doing thing online. So far, I have been very active participating on mylot, but I don't have time to partake as much as possible, because I do have to work on other things.
I wanted to get more money here on mylot, if I have to quit from my base income job, am not ready yet. Could you suggest me
