As many of you know, since 6 october payments with credit card are not avaible on Alertpay due a problem of it with their bank partner. They say that credit card back soon, and now one month has passed and these are not good news. Many ptc site and online program use Alertpay for payments, but with this problem they can pay their member only if they are the amount in the Alertpay's balance because they can pay with credit card. A lot of online business pay with Alertpay, but someone introduce Google Checkout, Moneybooker, or reintroduce Paypal. The question is, wait Alertpay solve his problem, or start to request money with Paypal where is this possible? Many Ptc (like Bux-Matrix) only accept Alertpay. What is your decision?

The problem is that without a credit card option, the days of AlertPay are counted, like the days of sites working only with AP. Wire transfer is too expensive with AP to keep the processor sustainable. Personally I have opened an OKPay account, because they accept to exchange AP money. It is not a good solution -- fees are expensive and the $150 threshold to wire money to a bank account is too high -- but it is better than to be stuck with money in my AP balance when AP will disappear, and it will happen quickly if major credit cards continue to refuse AP : in the past, the previous popular payment processor for HYIP was Stormpay, and Stormpay disappeared two months after it had the same problem than AP with credit cards...

@stifler: you can deposit with a credit card but not withdraw. @dupremo: MoneyBookers has the reputation to freeze accounts when ones wants to withdraw money if it is not verified, and then the verification process is done by snail mail and very long. The best to do is to verify a MoneyBooker account before making any deposit to avoid this.

At this moment, we need a new payment processor, but there isn't a really alternative to Alertpay :(. I hope they fix the problem, but one month is a long time for online business. We live day by day, and need a strong processor for make money. @dupremo: what you think about Solid Trust Pay?
