do you feel Mumbai local trains should have a circular patern?

If Western and central rails are connected along with branch connections, I feel the one way traffic will break. The peak hour crowd will reduce. runing local from Vasai to Panvel via Diva and Thane will greatly reuce crowd in central (Main) and Western line.
