Can anyone of you help me out on this problem. I want to use my headset and speaker on my pc but I can't because it doesn't work. I want to watch movie or listen to a song using my pc but there's no way to do that while I haven't resolved the issue about audio device. At the right bottom of my pc, once I put the cursor on sound icon I read "No audio device is installed. I'm not sure if the problem is about sound card or something. I am not technically inclined and so there's a lot of things about pc hardware I don't understand. I just want hear advice from any of you and so please be patient in explaining to me.

Hi, up to my knowledge , it may be problem of the sound card.Do you ever hear any kind of sound from your pc? If it is there, then the problem goes to the software that you installed. Get in touch with software that you are using.

As I have observed about my pc, I've noticed there's no sound at all. but I'm still observing it until now since we recently installed hard disk (actually not me, but thru the help of a technician). And so the probability of problem with software installed is also present as well as the sound card issue. Thanks for the idea.

hi there, just want to share you my experience, this might help, if you suspect that audio drivers was the culprit, you can download those drivers right on the web. the drivers I use are realtek, nvidia and or VIA drivers http://www.via.com.tw/en/support/drivers.jsp (not a promoting links)you can look it up here. follow simple and very example just download and install and restart and TADA your ready to go.
