Women needs love, Men needs admiration... is this true?

I don't agree. I don't want only to be loved and I am sure that most women want attention most of all. BTW: I also want to be admired. And I am sure man need love too, although I do believe women have an other idea about what love is as men, generally speaking, see as love. There are enough women who need to be encouraged by their husbands as well. What men need is attention, a lot of it. As soon as you tell them how great they are or how strong they are willing to do everything for you.

I beg to disagree with that. Of course men needs love too, maybe some men just don't express or show that they need love but we all need love to be happy. That could only be true for young men like teenagers or young adults.

I think everyone needs to be loved. We all need love. Admiration is part of love. So, I guess we do have common interests when it comes to love. In my case, I want to be loved and be admired. And if i love someone, I truly love him with all my heart.

I think women need to be admired too. If a woman doesn't get the attention she longs for after awhile, she'll end up seeking it out. I know that when I'm with someone, I still like to get attention. I like to be admired and told I'm sexy, beautiful, etc. I make sure to give the same to my partner. It's nice to hear how wonderful you are every once in awhile!

I would like to dis agree with you. Not all guy sought to be admired. Some of us are satisfied knowing that we are loved and being taken care off. Also there are some woman who sought to be admired more than to be loved. So i think the quote that you had mention applies for both man and woman.

Hi! I think that both men and women needed to be loved and they needed to be admired for their efforts. Love and appreciation both are very important for every human being so that she or he could feel motivated to accomplish his or her tasks and jobs in hand. I being a male wish to be loved and admired for my actions and kind words of appreciation do wonders to me and boost my morale. Words of appreciation make the same affect on my wife and she equally desires to be loved and cared like me.

I am not so inclined to believe this statement. I think that everyone needs love but the way that they need it can be different. I myself like to hear my husband say I love you and he knows that when I make him coffee that I love him. He does not need to hear it as much but likes to see the actions I do out of love. I can admire people but not love them or feel anything even close to love.

Partly true, for it is the authors opinion, that was based on his experience I guess. But for me, I need affection rather than admiration. I am not sure about men, but maybe. Well, I'll try to observe. If I can't get the answer I will ask. I just hope I will not be embarassed, lol.

I somewhat agree! Women really needs love and also some admiration since admiring them also makes them happy and realize that their partner doesn't stop admiring them just like when they are still dating and getting to know each other. And also for men they also need love since even though how hard looking a men is they still a have soft part on their heart which needs love especially the love of their partner/family. =)
