Hi Hari Om, The best thing is to contact Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary. The rate differs depending on the consultancy and the kind of service you would require. There are few things you need to decide. 1. You need to decide what type of company you are planning. You can have a proprietorship, in which case, you don't need to register a company. You just need to register your trading name to the sales tax department in order to start trading. If you want to have more than that, you need to decide what kind of company you want. There are Partnership Company, Private Limited and Public Company. I think the government have introduced Limited Partnership as well. 2. You need to decide what will be your capital. The minimum capital allowed is Rs. 1 Lakh for a Private Limited company. I don't know the minimum capital required for other type of company. The more the capital, the more you have to pay on Company registration fee. When I registered my company, I think I gave the CA approximately Rs. 40,000. That includes all the registration fees, the consultancy charge and all the knick knacks. I hope that helps.

I have no idea about that kind of business. However, if it were me, I would start off with Proprietorship. No registration needed, no capital to be registered. All you need is a PAN Card and a Bank account in the name of your Business name along with Sales Tax Registration. There are lots of things to do once you register a company. Taxes to file, making sure you are registered with concerned department, etc. etc.

You may have to seek the help of a professional-a chartered accountant or a chartered secretary. It would be expensive but if you try to do it yourself it may prove difficult and time consuming.
