I don't know anything mylot-like site especially with articles as all of em (I think) are paying per views. You can try triond as I've heard they pay good after your article is view 1k times. Helium is a bad choice, they pay very low, and posting an article there will take you months to rank up to the top (which sucks because users only rank the article, so personal feelings apply) and another month to have 1k views for i think $2.

When you try to earn through revenue sharing websites, not that you need to publish articles every now and then in those sites, more importantly, you must be able to properly market your articles as well. After all, these sites want visitors and through your articles, they try to get the same. Once they get the traffic, they earn themselves and that's how they pay you. Sorry for going off the topic know, you can try Textbroker for finding direct writing assignments, that pays on per assignment basis. I assume you were looking forward to something similar.

With writing for revenue sharing sites, the key to earning lots of money is that you must always be writing, adding new content keeps readers interested and it means a lot of time and effort being put into your writing. Money doesn't magically appear in your account, and you have to keep the steady traffic going to your site and that takes a lot of time and effort.

Maybe you can try oDesk? I know that's more for freelance work, but I think that would be a surer thing than what you're looking for. :)
