That is what people were acting like yesterday when we got some early snow! The snow only stuck to the grass and we did not get the 3 to 6 inches we heard on the radio! I live in Wisconsin! Get over it! if you don't want to live were it snows live somewhere else! I do hate driving in it but other then that I am ok with snow! I can't stop it and it is almost winter so it is expected! Do you hate winter or like it?

Snow is something to see when you never seen it before! Seeing snow right after it snows is great! I love when the snow is on the trees and buildings! Driving in it isn't so fun but I am very careful when I do drive in winter!

I like winter but I hate snow. Do you mean people in Wisconsin freak out over a few inches like we do here in Northern Virginia? Wow! Believe me the moment they say the S in snow , people hit the shops and get All they will ever need for a week. I now hate the snow because everything closes. But .. The NFL playoffs and my Birthday are in January so I Can't hate Winter. I just hate the snow.

In this day in age , it is hard to just leave Unless you are lucky to get a job. Me? I hate the snow but I would hate not having the change of seasons even more. So for three months I take the risk of being grounded . Of Having to buy revisions but the rest of the year, I get to have fall color , Spring color and Hazy Hot and Humid summers. I wouldn't miss that.

Besides driving in it,I hate the cold and having to dig my car out after a heavy snow fall! I deal with it! I just wish my friends would! They do this every year and it is so annoying! Move if you hate the snow! I know one of nephews and his wife are thinking about to get away from the snow! Not sure if they'll do it! Right now they are just talking about it!

I live in Wisconsin and my son is a truck driver and he saw five people in the ditch or accidents on bridges! When will folks learn to slow down!

People are always in a hurry and don't think when they drive! Not just in the winter! They do in the rain, too! I don't think people will ever learn! I did end up in a ditch driving home from work a few years back. Luckily I was near work and was able to work back. The roads were slippery and I should of been more careful! I got hold of my boss,at the time, to pull me out. He had a tow rope and a Jeep to pull my car out! Now I am more cautious drivng and nothing like that has happen since!

Friday the 11th (11/11/11) it nearly got down to freezing and never went over 60 (didn't really get out of the mid-50's) and today it started in the 40's and probably topped out around a very nice 80... THIS is why we stay in TEXAS!

Hi Blue, I know what you mean. I live in New England where the weather can and does change all the time. Even if you listen to the weather...you can never be sure. We got snow about a week before Halloween which is pretty bizzare but not unheard of. People here get all wound up, I actually love all the seasons and pretty much the weather. I think the only weather I really don't like at all is the bitter cold but I deal with it. Your Wisconsin people would have really freaked over the storm we got here. It not only came very early but it was up over my knees!! I love it. I don't care to drive in it either but I had to. Visibility was horrible but I just took it slow and made it home alive.

I did dremind my friends about how bad New England got hit around Halloween! It didn't chance some people's look at Wisconsin's winters! Anyway I drive carely and slow during winter. I sure don't need to get in an accident of run into a ditch! I hate the cold, too! Like you I deal with it!

People that live here should be used to crazy weather but they always without fail whine and complain and swear they are going to move to somewhere where it's always warm. Some of them are elderly and STILL here, born and raised here, so it kind of makes you wonder just how much they really hate it here. you would have that that at some point in 70 years or more, they would have just adapted to it. I think these same people would complain about something no matter where they lived.

Funny that some people never stops thinking about the end of the world. They are just scaring the h3ll out of them! Only God can make that possible.

Yes that is true! So many people predict the worlds end and it never happens! God is the only one who can do that! I wish all people would realize that!

If you live in the northern reaches of this country you had best expect snow any time from October through May. It may not happen every year but you should not be surprised if it does. If you don't like snow, MOVE. If you can't move, get used to it. Once you get used to it you might discover that you actually enjoy it, too.

I would enjoy winter if it ever REALLY came to Kansas. Since the odds are that it probably will not happen in this lifetime for me, I guess that I will have to go farther north if I really want to see winter again. What fun that was when it came to YOOPER COUNTRY. Just thinking about it reminds me of the fun we all had as kids, skiing, ice skating, rabbit hunting and ice fishing what great times those were.

I know so many people who have lived here all their lives ,like me. They never seem to want to get used to the weather, especaily in winter! Some of them will never move and I wish they will get used to the winter weather! I do know one nephew and his wife are thinking of moving to Florida or Arizona because they hate the winters here! If they do I will miss them!

i am in canada so we dont have much choice in the matter. we have a lot of seniors that go to florida for the winter but i would hate to spend the summers there because i dislike humidity. we have enough where i live. i like the fall and winter just because of sweaters, hot chocolate, Christmas, boots, that sort of thing. i dont like the summer when it gets into the 90s!

I was not talking about the world ending! I guess you didn't read my whole discussion! Anyway it dealt with people freaking out after it snowed the other day. Anyway I know the world will not end in 2012. No one can perdict the end of the world except God himself.

I like the snow but not when it gets overwhelming. Like last year. We had this sh*tload of snow and we were driving in the snowstorm. Then it got worst and our car wouldn't move at all. We had to stop it there and walk home. Thanks god we were close by. Anyway besides the heavy snow, I do like snow. And though I slip and fall at times, I think it's fun haha Have a good day!

I don't like the cold and driving in the snow! Then I forget I hate when I have to dig my car out where I park it after a big snowstorm! I deal with it as I do with the cold! It is also nice to know, most heavy snowfalls I can stay home from work and still get paid!

I like winter except driving in it,the cold and having to dig my car out after a big snow storm! I deal with it! I drive carefully. With the cold I bundle up. With the car,it is not so bad digging out as long as the neighbors use their snowblowers to clean the snow out of the alley I live in!
