Have you helped a person after developing a skill by doing mylot?

My writing skills had improved since the time I started doing mylot. I am now more confident to write memos and request. This year, I've done several assistance to my co-workers by helping them to signify their intentions through writing. One is a co-worker who is a pensioner with a Social Security System that she earned while she was in the private sector. She had to write the SSS to request for a re-computation of her monthly pension which she find very low compare to some of her colleagues which has the same length of service. She was very happy with what I've done to her request, she feels proud when she presented it to the SSS Manager, who immediately understand her complain and act on it. Now, she is just waiting for the final notice and hopefully her pension will be adjusted and she will receive a retroactive pay from the day she first received her pension. Second is someone who would like to request for partial monetization of his leaves because his house was destroyed in the previous flash flood in his area. Our Budget Dept. and HRMD have a common stand, to grant monetization only if the reason is health problems. I made it clear that his plea is equally important with the health reason, because a brother who lets them in his house was hospitalized and the life was endangered. He needs more help as much as his brother needs it too. Staying with his brothers will mean being an additional burden. And a house protects the life of the family. Surprisingly, the departments immediately process the request and already receive the amount. More people are asking me to write for them, though I am not receiving any compensation from it, I am happy to do it for them. My heart is very much contented.
